1. Change-of-Mind Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preferences, or situations where a customer no longer wants the product.
Since our products are handmade and may be personalised, each order is prepared according to the customer’s selected design, colour, and specifications.
2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed order details, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery.
Please share:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video, if available.
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, as applicable.
The 24-hour reporting request does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
3. Personalised and Customised Products
Personalised products are made according to the details approved by the customer. We cannot accept returns or refunds simply because the customer changes their mind or does not like their selected design.
However, this does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved specifications.
4. Order Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
- Orders not yet in production or dispatched may be eligible for cancellation.
- Customised orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Dispatched orders may not be cancellable, subject to applicable consumer rights.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued through the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds may be processed through a bank transfer or UPI. We may request the necessary payment details from the customer.
The time taken for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider or bank.
